General Questions

While some postage label services require that you make an account, our site is able to be used by any customer whether they have an account or not. Just fill out the TO and FROM form and generate your label, it’s that simple!

No! Currently we do not recommend or allow Phones or Lithium Batteries to be shipped with any carrier other than USPS. It is important to follow the guidelines set by USPS when shipping these items. All other carriers have very stringent policies as to how Lithium Batteries are to be shipped, and we therefore do not allow or recommend using our service to ship Phones or Lithium Batteries via any other carrier.

Any unused labels may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact us through support with a tracking number or order number and a bitcoin address to send the refund to. If there was an issue with generating your label and you did not receive it, we will send the refund as soon as possible. However if the label was generated successfully, we will have to confirm with the carrier that the package was never mailed, which could take up to 3 weeks.

Want to try this service, how do I get started? Is there a limited capacity on labels within my cart? Labels are not limited by capacity on your cart, this feature virtually allows the customer to process large quantities of labels with ease. How do I pay for my labels? Through our service, we offer USPS Postage Labels in return for Cryptocurrency rather than the traditional FIAT currency, making labels more accessible through crypto.

Your labels will be processed and inserted into a downloadable PDF file on the order page after the payment is completed.

Yes, labels you generate are able to be checked on through their generated tracking number through the carrier just like any other shipping service. You can track the package by using the official carrier’s website or via our tracking page (Track Your Packages).
